Our Promise to You
At Rainbow Paws Co., your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind every product we offer and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal nature of our memorial keepsakes, items that have been used to store pet fur or have been personalized cannot be returned. We hope you understand — once a piece of them is inside, it becomes truly yours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Simply reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process quickly and kindly.

International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
